Payments, signing & publishing
Connect the right accounts, verify each connection, then review the customer action. Account checks here create no charge, signature request or social post.
1. Payments
Stripe Checkout uses your saved invoice and verified payment status.

Finish the connection
- The app’s test Stripe key is already connected. Review the current account and mode in Payments.
- The expected account, public return page and inspection logo are saved. Complete a saved-invoice test before live collection.
- Live callbacks use the separate signature-verified receiver in the existing Odin Supabase project. The workspace stays private, and no signing-secret copying is needed. View current receiver status in Payments.
- Complete a Stripe-confirmed sandbox payment before enabling live collection.
- Use the existing Nobbs Multiworks Stripe account. You approved replacing its shared public branding with NW Property Inspection. The navy-and-white account colors are applied. The live account website and statement descriptors are verified as NW Property Inspection / NWPI. App sandbox acceptance and live-readiness checks remain separate.
2. Signing
Prepare the existing unsigned inspection agreement in Inspect. Review both signers, upload a private SignWell draft, and explicitly confirm before emailing signature requests. Test mode is the default. Returned signed PDFs can now be retained and exported through Documents & client access.
Use Check signing connection to verify account access. Open a saved agreement in Inspect to review signers and continue.
Free signing connection
SignWell’s free developer account lists up to 3 documents per month and unlimited API test usage. The 25-document offer requires a card on file and can incur usage charges. Confirm the account’s current allowance before any live request.
- Use a free SignWell account if this limit fits, or keep your existing signing service.
- For SignWell, create the API key in Settings → API and add it to SpecktaPro’s secure setup. Keep keys out of chat.
- Run the read-only connection check here. It checks account access only; the agreement workflow separately verifies mapped signature fields, controls sending, refreshes provider status and retrieves completed PDFs with their audit page. A test draft has been verified; real recipient completion remains to be accepted.

3. Social posts
Create and save your branded post in the Social studio, then download its individual package.
You publish the exported content yourself. No Metricool or connected social account is required.
Export and publish a post
- Prepare a draft or open one of your saved posts.
- Review the caption, graphic, destination and any planned date/time.
- Choose Download post package. The ZIP includes the PNG image, caption, image-description draft and posting notes.
- Unzip the package and publish or schedule it in your social app. Choose the correct business account and review the final preview there.
- After publishing, save the live post link in Grow if you want a publication record.
Downloads and calendar reminders do not upload, schedule or publish a post, or change its saved status.
Your saved jobs, agreements and drafts remain in their existing workspaces. Refreshing a connection does not mark a payment paid, an agreement signed or a post published.
