Who operates SpecktaPro
SpecktaPro is an inspection learning, field-record, reporting and business workspace operated by Chris Nobbs. Contact nwpropertyinspection@gsdyakima.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information used by the app
Depending on the features you use, SpecktaPro processes account and company details, inspection and client records, contacts, photos, supporting files, report drafts, learning progress, and information you enter for business administration. Some inspection records remain in your browser; records you save to online workspace features are processed by the app's hosting and storage services.
Connecting Google email
Connecting a Google mailbox is optional. Google handles sign-in and consent. SpecktaPro receives your verified Google email address and authorization to send email on your behalf. The requested Gmail permission is gmail.send. It does not grant this app permission to read or search your inbox or to modify or delete received messages.
The app stores a server-side refresh token, mailbox address and connection date so it can renew access when you use email features. Your Google password is not collected or stored by SpecktaPro.
Sending and retaining email
When you prepare an email, the app processes the recipient, subject, message, company branding, selected attachments and any report details included in the message. Reviewed previews, attachment copies or parts, integrity checks, sender settings and submission receipts may be retained in your workspace. The selected email provider receives the information needed to deliver the email; intended recipients receive the email and its attachments. For a connected Gmail mailbox, Google performs the sending.
The app uses mailbox authorization to provide the email features you request. Connecting a mailbox does not itself send a message or approve a particular recipient. Submission and available delivery receipts do not establish that a person read an email.
Service providers and Google data
SpecktaPro uses Hatchable for application hosting and online storage. Email delivery and optional connected features also involve the providers selected for those features, such as Google, the configured email service, or signing and payment providers. Relevant information is shared to operate the feature you use. Technical service information may be processed to operate, support and troubleshoot the app.
SpecktaPro does not sell Google user data, use that data for advertising targeting, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. SpecktaPro follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, for information obtained through Google APIs.
Access, retention and removal
Saved connections and workspace records remain stored until they are removed through an available app feature or an operator-handled removal request. Revoking Google access does not automatically erase previously retained workspace email previews, attachments or business records.
You can revoke the Google connection through your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future renewal of that authorization. To request removal of a saved Google connection, account data or retained workspace records, contact the operator from the email address associated with your account. Identify the account and the category of records involved without sending passwords or authorization codes.
Privacy choices and changes
Use only client information and files that you are authorized to process. Review the contents and recipients of messages before sending. Updates to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to Google data use will also be disclosed where you connect or use Google email.
