Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026
About the service
SpecktaPro is operated by Chris Nobbs and provides tools for inspection learning, field records, draft reporting and business administration. Features may be under active development. Service questions can be sent to nwpropertyinspection@gsdyakima.com.
Your records and professional review
You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the services you are qualified and authorized to perform, and the professional review of inspection findings and reports. Study material, automated labels, suggested language and draft reports require your review before business use. App output does not establish that a property was inspected or that a professional requirement was met.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. Submit only records, photos, contact details and other material that you have permission to use. By using an app feature, you authorize the processing needed to perform that feature, such as storing a record, preparing a report or sending a reviewed email. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and removal requests.
Connected accounts and email
Use only connected accounts you own or are authorized to use. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Review each recipient, message and attachment before sending. Respect recorded opt-outs and contact preferences. A provider's submission receipt is not proof of human receipt, reading or acceptance.
Connected services remain subject to their own terms and availability. Connecting Google email does not change your Google password or make SpecktaPro the operator of your Google account.
Acceptable use
Do not use SpecktaPro for unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, misleading inspection records, abusive messaging or attempts to bypass another person's account or data protections. Do not upload passwords, authentication codes or client information that is unnecessary for your work.
Availability and backups
Keep appropriate backups and verify exports and recovery before relying on them for client work. Features, provider availability and service limits can change. Contact the operator if a record, connection or export cannot be accessed.
